The real estate industry of Bloem got a shake-up at a session hosted recently by Private Property and ooba. Well-known motivational speaker Trevor Gaw asked the agents whether they are quitters, survivors or thrivers – and got the audience thinking about whether they’re really giving 100% or just chugging along, waiting for stock and deals to fall into their laps.
Trevor asked how the agents spend most of their days … and “in the office” was a general answer. So, he challenged the principals to take away the chairs in order to get the agents into their cars and out looking for stock in the market. The reaction was priceless!
It was an “aggressive” and honest session. Trevor – known as “the real estate doctor” – shared his personal background, and encouraged the attendees to believe that they can do anything and everything that they set their minds to.
The agents went away from the session with the following questions swirling through their heads:
Am I using all the tools available to me?
Am I putting my stock on Private Property?
Am I making use of Private Property’s additional features to gain exposure for myself, my brand and my listings?
Am I loading interesting descriptions of my properties?
Am I loading the best possible images of my listings?
