Have you ever been confronted with questions from landlords and tenants, changes to the law, issues with leases, problems with mandates, a landlord who requests legal action against his tenants, and so on – and been stumped for an answer or the advice needed? These are issues that sometimes fall out of rental agents’ knowledge, and which may require you to seek assistance.
But help is at hand! The Rental Retainer Club offers rental agents a direct link to Marlon Shevelew, an award-winning specialist rental property attorney, by email, for assistance with any residential rental property-related questions.
What’s in it for you?
As a club member you’ll receive:
an hour a month (valued at R1 800 plus VAT) of email advice, which can be up to five emails a month of detailed answers to your questions;
exposure of your agency on Marlon’s busy website and the club’s Facebook page.
an entrée to endorsed rental property products as they hit the market;
permission to insert the club logo on your email signature or website so that your clients know you have a rental property expert attorney on retainer; and
