I am excited to share the details of our student/proffesionals accommodation located in the vibrant area of Ravensmead, where you''ll find takeaways, restaurants, and shopping malls just a stone''s throw away for occupation 15 January or 1 February 2025. Our property features 6 furnished bedrooms downstairs with 4 bathrooms, as well as 2 lounges, a kitchen, and a dining room equipped with a large table for studying.

Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, and a small kitchenette for your convenience. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, while the lounge area offers a comfortable space for relaxation. Since the house is fully furnished, all you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, and groceries. Each student will have access to a personal locker in the kitchen (please supply your own lock) for their personals.

Included in the rental are water, electricity, WIFI, and a weekly cleaning service.

Additionally, we offer safe parking for your vehicle.

In 2025, we plan to add braai facilities however, you are welcome to bring your own as well.
