A charming older house, almost 100 years old in the best address in Oranjezicht in Cape Town with breathtaking views at the foot of Table Mountain. This house is in top condition, wonderfully furnished with an incredibly nice garden with several alternative patios. Lemon trees are found along with passion fruit hanging over the pergola. The kitchen is the most beautiful kitchen you've ever seen, at least if you ask all the guests we've had. It's very close to the restaurants on Kloof street and Camps Bay is an 8-9 minute drive from the house. Sit in front of the fire and drink a glass of wine and enjoy a beautiful room with 100 years of history and stories. Top quality music system is in the living room, large TVs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped. Maid service is available 3 days a week and is included in the rent. Starting or ending the day on the upstairs balcony is unforgettable. Few sunrises or sunsets are missed because it's a great way to start or end the day. If you need to feel good and relax then this is the perfect house because you live a few minutes from the city but hear absolutely nothing from the city where you live.
