The home boasts a modern open plan living area consisting of a lounge , dining room and Kitchen. This leads to an enclosed entertainment patio that opens up to the swimming pool and river. The main bedroom overlooks the canal and pool. The other 3 bedrooms all have double beds. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is a shared bathroom. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people.

The lovely patio overlooks the canal. There is a private jetty available for guests to use.

Marina guests have use of the common pool close to the Marina entrance as well as Squash and tennis courts.
