This is the second home I am presenting on behalf of this client and its just as lovely as the first. When you lay your head to rest you have three bedrooms to choose from and all equally spacious, airy and functional. The superlative would be the main with views, flow and space. A little apartment in itself with a downstairs lounge and coffee station. But the second could also be your main on a second level and offering much the same. The third bedroom is currently used as a study but can be either or. Bathrooms always appeal to me especially when the finishes are just right, which all these are. On the practical side you are sorted for Eskom-I-dont trust you- days.
