Power supply by 3 phase electricity and a back up generator installed in the main complex.

There is a small area of gum timber for harvest.

The farm has an abundance of water, two small dams and two boreholes.

36ha unutilized land for farming operations. It used to be a livestock grazing land which could take about 40 heads of cattle.
