Every house/unit will be connected with fibre and the following services will be made available to all
owners/ residents:
A world class Internet service with high speed access from within each home. You have
a selection of authorized Internet Service Providers (ISPs) from R 690 per month on a
month-to-month sign up basis. There are two current ISPs to select from, being Ballito
ISP and Link-Up Internet (the signup link is indicated below).
A centralized satellite dish will provide a DSTV plug in within each unit. Simply plug in
your existing decoder and connect to a centralized satellite dish and voila! If a
resident/tenant would like a second or third TV inside the home/unit then this is
handled as an add-on with an extra fee this is an optional service.
An intercom service including a phone will be provided to make free calls to the
gatehouse and within the Village. If the resident/tenant would like to use this phone to
make external low cost calls then a contract can be signed with 3C Networks this is an
optional service.
