3 Bed House in Jackal Creek Golf Estate

My owners have decided to move to a free standing house and I am now desperately looking for someone who will love me as much as they did. I have a huge balcony where you can sit and relax whilst having sundowners and enjoy the beautiful birdlife. My bedrooms are sunny and airy and the main bedroom boasts with its own balcony.

I have been fitted with a Trelli door at the main entrance - not that there have ever been any incidents as the estate had very strict security measures in place (24 hours per day), eg biometric and PIN metrics to enter the Estate.

My owners have also installed an inverter system with auto switchover between the grid and batteries for those unforeseen electricity outages.

I also had a water filtration system fitted to ensure you have clean and safe water at all times.

The estate is a safe haven where you can stroll at your leisure any time of the day or night. There is security 24 hours per day and access to the complex is strictly controlled. We have a safe kiddies playground where you can sit under the shade of a tree reading your favorite book or just enjoy the nature around you.
