The gated resort is well maintained with 24-hour security guards patrolling the area. The resort has a recently updated Emergency plan and new fire hydrants have been installed. The levies are R470 per month. The resort is about 25kms from Jeffrey''s bay and 50kms from Port Elizabeth.
