It cannot be denied that the Garden Route has the most magnificent stretches of coastline in South Africa. Winding from George, the largest city on the route to the Tsitsikamma Forest through mountains, forest and beaches. The Tsitsikamma National Park is a sight to behold with its indigenous forests and birdlife.

The Garden Route with its mild oceanic climate is a holiday maker’s dream destination. Temperatures here rarely drop below 10 degrees in the winter and don’t often climb above 30 degrees in the summer. Rainfall can occur all year round.

A hiker’s paradise the forests offer long, leisurely walks with lakes and rivers for boating, fishing and swimming.

Both Graham (who has been in the property business since 1983) and Cheryl Anley are completely active and involved in the day to day running of the business’, with Graham being the top earner in 2007.

RE/MAX Prime Properties was established in Plettenberg Bay in the year 2000 and has grown in strength and market share, succeeding in capturing 35% of the local market in the year 2007.

The Prime Properties office, situated in the Main Street has a total of 9 Sales Associates specializing in Sectional Title, Businesses, Farms, Developments, Residential and Golf Course Estates.

Plettenberg Bay is a beautiful town and is one of the Southern Cape Coasts best known and loved holiday destinations of the who’s who of South Africa and high society. Stunning unspoilt beaches with such diverse activities on offer as whale watching, bungi jumping, canopy tours, hiking, mountain biking and it is fast becoming the Polo capital of South Africa. Plettenberg Bay hosts one of the largest seagull breeding colonies along the South African Coast. The Robberg Peninsula is a sight to behold here and the seal colony is a must see as they play in the surf of Robberg Beach.

Graham and Cheryl purchased RE/MAX Coastal in January 2008. The office is situated in Thesen Island in Knysna and is manned by 6 Sales Associates and a Rental Agent.

Knysna is one of the Southern Cape Coast’s best known and loved holiday destinations. Nestled in between a peaceful lagoon and lush forests. Here one can find a wide variety of attractions and activities. The Heads command spectacular views of the lagoon, Leisure Isle and the town of Knysna.

Knysna is a vibrant town, buzzing with creativity and energy, and the pulse of good music. It's a place where you can enjoy the mellow atmosphere of street cafes, watching the world go by. The main street is very leafy with trees along the pavements and it has a wonderful holiday atmosphere with sun umbrellas everywhere

Sedgefield

Graham & Cheryl purchased RE/MAX Lakes in January 2008. The office is situated on the Main Street in Sedgefield and is manned by 3 Sales Associates and a Rental Agent.
