Point Waterfront Realty (Pty) Ltd, which specialises in commercial and residential property sales and letting, is the oldest and most established real estate agency within the Point Waterfront Precinct and was established by its founder and principal, Craig Murphy, in 2004.

Point Waterfront Realty, whilst trading under its original name of PWR Properties, successfully marketed and sold out, the Point Waterfronts’ "Flagship Development”, namely "The Sails on Timeball" (186 apartments) in 2005 and 2006, and more recently, the still to be developed smaller development, "Point Bastille - Phase 2" (44 apartments).

It is important to note that we successfully negotiated the 2009, 2010 and 2011 property slump and have, during 2012, already experienced a considerable increase in interest, with a numerous sale and rental agreements being concluded, plus a reliable and steady stream of new sales and rental queries now coming in daily.
