Southern Cape Realty CC was founded in July 1991 in George and opened the first real estate office in Wilderness in the same year. In 2004, after successfully trading for many years, the company joined the internationally well-known and respected real estate company of Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty. After its establishment, the company soon became market leaders and was one of the founding members of the Multi-Listing Services Group “MLS group” in George and Wilderness during the early 1990’s.

All our consultants hold valid fidelity fund certificates from the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB), are members of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA) and have achieved their SAQA registered FET Certificate - Real Estate: Level 4 (NQF 4 qualification). Our intern estate agents are also registered with both the EAAB and IEASA and are serving their internship training program with a nationally accredited training academy
