E-Property Management

E-Property Management has conducted business in and around Johannesburg for approximately 5 years since 2009. We are currently property managers for approximately 500 sectional title, cluster and full title residential properties. It’s core business being residential rental, sectional title management and Homeowners association management.

The sole owner is Eon van der Walt, who studied at Stellenbosch University and also graduated with a B.Comm Financial Management degree at Unisa. He is well versed and knowledgeable in the residential property and real estate field with approximately 15 years of experience. While being a property investor, he understands the needs and responsibilities of same minded investors.

E-Property Management is driven by the needs of investors or other property owners and providing the most efficient management solutions with the objective of highest return on investment. In order to ensure this objective we believe in comprehensive and transparent reporting on all property related matters which includes property services, financial reporting and comprehensive maintenance reporting to its client’s individual needs and requirements.

With this in mind, E-Property Management has designed it’s own web-based management software which creates a communication portal between management and it’s clients (tenants, owners, investors, Landlords). With this unique software we are able to generate custom financial and maintenance related reporting to our clients which makes us unique in the property rental and management industry. This property management solution will be introduced to the real Estate market in a new venture for E-Property Management.
