The commission will be deducted from rental received and includes the full management of your property. We will collect your rent every month which will be paid into your nominated bank account and provide you with a monthly statement. Our dedicated staff will attend to all complains and enquiries about your rental property , a nd we offer the service of professional handymen to carry out any necessary repairs that may be necessary but with the landlord’s permission. A Full credit check is done on prospective tenants and only credit worthy tenants will be selected.

Please note: No finder’s fee will be charged and commission is not paid upfront but be deducted on a monthly basis.

A business dedicated to the properties we manage which will charge more competitive fees than normal, is available for your convenience. Bregan handyman will do all maintenance on your properties after we have your permission as owner.

We are also on call 24/7 so that if there is an emergency the handyman will go to your property to make sure that any problem is attended to before more damage occurs.

Bregan handyman also does private work for customers and now also shopping centers and offices due to the high demand for good handymen.

We have qualified electricians and plumbers for professional service.
