Two of the three bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, with the master bedroom, en suite bathroom and study upstairs - adjoining a north-west facing balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.

The open plan living and dining room have french doors opening onto the covered patio with beautiful plants and decorations, to go with the comfortable patio furniture. The yard is enclosed and private.

Garden maintenance, water, electricity, wifi and the alarm system are included in the rate.

Note that the garage is not available for tenants to use, parking is in front of the garage (two parking spaces available).

The house is set in a small gated complex, away from any street noise - but near the sea as well as Fernkloof hiking trails. The OK Minimarket is just around the corner and The popular Kammabaai and Voëlklip Beaches are within walking distance (or a few minutes'' drive). Hermanus CBD and Waterfront areas are a 5 minute drive away.

Rental terms:

* Security deposit is equal to one month''s rental (refundable with interest) and payable once lease agreements are signed, along with a once-off R1500 contract fee.

* Tenants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* Minimum rental period is one month maximum lease is 3 months.
