This airy and warm three bedroom home has the living rooms and kitchen upstairs to best utilize the beautiful sea views through all the windows and from the wide balcony. The built-in braai / fireplace is set in the open plan space between the kitchen and the living room, in the dining area, next to the sliding door going to the balcony.

Furniture is comfortable and practical and the house is suitable for children and pets (up to two medium size dogs are permitted).

Bedrooms (with part ocean views) and bathrooms are downstairs, and a lovely north facing back yard, featuring a big wooden table and boma underneath the trees.

There is no garage but a large carport and plenty of off-street parking (not having a garage is common in the Overberg area and safe).

Terms:

* Applicants will be screened according to standard processes.

* A refundable security deposit of R23,000 will be payable once the lease is confirmed, plus a once-off R1,500 admin fee.

* The rental of R20,000 pm excludes the cost of municipal services, water & electricity usage.
