The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for two people or two couples who appreciate separate living spaces. From the parking area, a staircase leads to the wide balcony with tables and chairs, overlooking the beautiful garden and Hemel & Aarde Mountains. The address places guests within close reach of the Hemel & Aarde Wine Route, popular restaurants, bakeries, the Whale Coast Mall, the Onrus Beach and all the glories of Hermanus.

There are three doors on the balcony:

* The first door lead into the private bedroom suite (with kitchenette, small living area & bathroom) with TV and desk

* The middle door gives access to the open plan living area (with TV), the kitchen and the guest cloakroom with washing machine

* The third door leads to the second en suite bedroom. This bedroom is connected to the living area by an internal door.

Guest parking is off-street (for two vehicles). A private outside braai area under tall trees next to the unit is available for tenants'' enjoyment.

The unit has solar power and a gas stove.

Payment Terms:

* The security deposit (refundable) is 30% of the total booking cost and is payable when the reservation is confirmed.

* 50% of the total booking cost is payable upon reservation, the balance is due 40 days before arrival.
