The rental is available for short term and block bookings per 30-day portions, making it suitable for semi-long term stays.

A deposit and one months rent required at the start of the lease.

- the Kitchenette has fridge, kettle, toaster and storage cupboards

- Communal kitchen, lounge and dining room with cutlery and crockery provided

- Housekeeping of the room once a week.

- one full gas bottle provided
