Fully furnished and ideal for anyone who wants a peaceful living space to relax or work. We have wifi, even during loadshedding.

We have sea views and table mountain views from the deck. The sunsets are the most beautiful in the world.

It's a one bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk and loads of cupboard space. The unit has a separate Full bathroom with double vanity.

There is also a separate open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need including an air fryer and large fridge.

The laundry is cleverly hidden away inside a cupboard and a washing machine for your use.

The TV has prime video, but you may also load your own Netflix account.

Plenty cupboard space for any sporting gear you have.

The deck with mountain and sea views is very spacious and for those who like to chill hard this space boasts an outdoor bath and shower that is hot water plumbed.

Imagine a bubble bath sipping a spritzer while adoring Table Mountain!?

This space is entirely private. The only shared space is the entrance.

Parking is outside on the pavement. It's a cul de sac so we have very little traffic and we are very safe.

I have a garage and happy to share for additional sporting equipment.

I also have bikes you may use recreationally.

We have a hose for you to rinse off your beach or kiting gear at the entrance.

The space is ideal for a single person (rent is calculated based on one person) but still large enough for a couple (can be discussed)

We are one street back from the main beach road so you don't get the street noise, only the beautiful sound of the ocean. A stunning retreat for anyone exploring Cape Town or looking to buy while getting used to the area.
