This beautiful holiday home is ideal for a big family. It is situated on the canals in the Marina Martinique, and comes with its own boat mooring. The house sleeps 8 -10 people. A sleeper couch for 2 extra people available. Very spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove and oven. Open plan lounge/dining room for entertaining. This double storey house has 4 bedrooms of which 2 are downstairs with en suite bathrooms, and two bedrooms on the top floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.

The top floor has a small kitchenette and lounge area which is ideal if two families are renting the property, but also very spacious for one family. This property has an outside braai area on the deck overlooking the canal. Double garage and safe parking in front of the house. The rent is R5000 per day out of season and R8750 per day for Dec/Jan high season. Minimum 7 night stay for Dec holiday season. A R2000 refundable breakage fee is required upon booking plus a R500 once off cleaning fee payable on arrival. E&OE
