Aquatuin Farm is located on the banks of the navigable and fresh water section of the Breede river with the closest town of Malgas being 8km and Swellendam being 40km away.

The farm consists of 2 seperate title deed portions both included in this sale as one unit, with the main portion of 116-hectares (ERF 11/497) being mixed usage land (70 hectares arable dry land, 40 hectares natural Fynbos and thorn tree kloofs and 6 hectares of developed lawns and sheds and housing) The developed section is located alongside the 1.0km of river frontage.

ERF 441 Malgas is the second portion (8km from main farm) of 21 hectares located 1km from Malgas village, on the corner of main and village junction roads. The 21 hectare land is currently under Canola, but future commercial development is a possibility.
