56 ha Farm in Ladismith

This 56 ha lifestyle farm is situated 10 km from the hamlet of Van Wyksdorp in the popular Assegaay Bosch Ranch. The Ranch is a 6 352 Ha development and comprises 28 farms that are obliged to conform to the rules of a constitution, as well as management- and conduct rules which protects everyone''s rights and allows owners to transverse and enjoy the entire ranch. Each owner is entitled to a 2 ha private area around his/her dwelling which is for his/her exclusive use. The property has beautiful views of both the Rooiberg and Langeberg Mountain Range.

The Farm Owner Association will supply water for household purposes to a reservoir situated at a high point in the Ranch. It is each owner''s responsibility to reticulate water from this reservoir to his/her dwelling.
