Water is supplied by a dam with 13 million litres capacity, 5 x 10 000 litre tanks and 1 reservoir that yields 70 000 litres. There are also 2 boreholes supplying water to surrounding buildings.

The Macadamia orchard comprises of:

15.4 HA Beaumont cultivars with 3685 trees between 7-28 years old. 3.8 HA 816 cultivar with 1125 trees between 10-15 years old and 0.46 HA with 155 trees up to 10 years old.

The farm also offers, large storage for framing equipment, de-husking plant, a workshop with added storerooms. The de-husking plant consists of a 2 lane de-husker with a 4m sorting table and sizer.

The beautiful double storey main house offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which 2 are on-suite. There is a spacious kitchen with ample cupboard space. It offers a spacious open living area leading onto a verandah with beautiful views overlooking the valley with a well-established garden with a splash pool for those hot summer days.
