Livestock farm. Set in the mountainous area between Dullstroom and Machadodorp, this farm offers several unique nature features. It falls into the mist belt biome and has an abundance of water including natural springs. The water flows permanently feeding into the seven dams and water holes for cattle. This natural source also supplies water to the houses, staff housing and sheds.

The boundary is fenced with game fences, and the internal fences on the farm are mainly Bonnox and cattle fence. The farm is divided into eight large grazing camps. A 15ha water cannon irrigation system is being used to water artificial pastures.

The farm is sold as an income generating concern, which includes a plantation ready to harvest. Wild game roam freely which include zebra, rhebuck, blesbuck, and duiker, to name a few.
