A set of reserve rules can be requested from the Estate Agent. Some of the main rules include: No pets are allowed. Holiday and permanent living is allowed. Syndication is allowed. Friends and family can use your house. Longer term rentals are allowed but not short-term rentals. No commercial lodges allowed.
