This 7 and a half acre small holding is perfectly positioned on the outskirts of Verulam, offering a country lifestyle while being close to the village.

There are 15 Macadamia nut trees, 50 fibreless mango trees and 100 cultivated litchi trees. Last years litchi season running six weeks from mid December to the end of January, yielded 5000 bunches of litchis at R40 per bunch.

There are also several bird aviaries. The open plan four bedroom, two bathroom house is beautifully tiled and has an open-plan flow from the kitchen to the very large living area, onto a covered patio which overlooks the small-holding. The living area can accommodate two lounges, a dining and study area.

The house is driven by solar panels, with Eskom power supplying the outbuilding and stove.
