338 ha Farm in Reitz

This farm is in the high potential area of Reitz with high average yields of maize and soybeans.

The farm consists of:

140 hectare arable land and 98 hectare field.

There is currently 40 hectare Smuts/EC pastures but can be utilized for cash crops.

The field is in good condition and divided in 5 camps with water in each camp.

Water is provided with 4 ground dams and ''n spruit bordering the farm. There are 3 boreholes on the farm two of which are equipped with a windmill and a hand pump.

The cattle handling facilities is old but can be utilized.

The average rainfall is 700-750 mm per annum.

Carrying capacity is 4Ha per LSU.
