Sitari Country Estate launches premium apartments from R1.2M

Waterbook is the first of a range of new apartment schemes set to be released in this epoch-making development before year-end.

Ever since launching just over three years ago Sitari Country Estate has been amassing awards, the most recent being voted Best Residential Development in Africa 2016/2017 at the International Property Awards held in London. There has been ongoing overwhelming interest in luxury and premium apartments at Sitari, with all of the apartment schemes launched there to date selling out within an average of just 3-4 months. A 230-strong list of pre-registered potential buyers has indicated interest in forthcoming offerings in the estate.

The launch of a new premium apartment scheme at Sitari has been highly anticipated – and Waterbook is the first of a range of new apartment schemes set to be released in this epoch-making development before year-end. At the launch last weekend (9 and 10 September), 17 of the 55 premium apartments in Waterbrook or 30% were sold, which is testimony to the great interest.

Says Claudius Combrinck, Executive Director of Sitari Property Sales: “We expect the Waterbrook premium apartments to sell out as quickly as all of our previous offerings did – and possibly even faster, since we have invested an immense amount of energy working with our designers to raise the level of sophistication even further. Waterbrook offers even higher levels of specification, with two distinct interior mood boards (Anthracite and Steel) centred around the contemporary kitchens, with a choice of freestanding gas / electric ovens by Italian manufacturer Smeg.”

Other features include engineered stone countertops and vanities, imported large-format porcelain tiles or Lalegno wooden floors (optional), sanitaryware by Grohe, walk-in showers and wall-hung Grohe toilets, designer cupboards and built-in braais. Selected top-floor units also offer exposed trusses, and the ground-floor apartments include private gardens. All apartments also feature storage areas included in the price.

Designed by renowned Bpas Architects, Waterbrook offers a selection of spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with 1 or 2 bathrooms and covered parking bays. These are ideally suited for both first-time buyers and investors. Stylish stackaway doors allow for seamless indoor to outdoor living.

Waterbrook’s 55 premium apartments vary in size from 56.3 m2 to 105 m2 and include the following configurations: 1 bed, 1 bath and 1 or 2 parking bays from R1.215m; 2 beds, 1 bath and 2 parking bays from R1.590m; 2 beds, 2 baths and 2 parking bays from R1.840m; and 3 beds, 2 baths and 2 parking bays from R2.114m. There are 13 of the 1-bedroom premium apartments, 34 of the 2-bedroom apartments and 8 of the 3-bedroom apartments. Since they are offered direct from the developer there is no transfer duty.

Adds Combrinck: “The Waterbrook apartments represent excellent value when considering the size, finishes, parking and storage, all set within a world-class, award-winning estate of immense popularity. Those with interest are welcome to visit our luxurious new sales centre, where they can view a large-scale physical model of the entire estate and experience Sitari’s unique VR (virtual reality) station. Here they will be able to view the interior environment of a typical Waterbrook apartment using state-of-the art visual technology. We are convinced that you won’t easily find a better investment alternative in the entire Helderberg area.”
