The garden unit consists of one bedroom with BIC, combined open plan kitchen/living area, bathroom with shower, outside area with table & chairs and washing line.

Tiles throughout. There''s a step between kitchen/living area and bathroom, so older/disabled people may struggle.

Gas stove & oven, solar geyser.

Parking - we do have space for a tenant''s car, but it''s tandem parking, so if a tenant does have a car, we''d all have to be accommodative and communicate so we can hopefully avoid waking people up at 4am to go out or such. Honestly, I would prefer someone without a car -- that''s what we''ve had these last three years. But I realize that may be tricky.
