The residential suburb of Bellville is just 25 kilometres outside Cape Town, with majestic views over the winelands and the Stellenbosch Mountains. This "poort" in the Magaliesberg was a popular spot for hunters, where they cornered and shot the hartebeest many years ago. Watersports such as para-sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, tubing and boat cruises are very popular on the dam. This neighbourhood is vibrant and full of life, with a great social scene.

Polokwane is ideally located for game viewing, Kruger National Park visits, cultural and historical experiences. It is a fully equipped destination, near the Kruger National Park and Magoebaskloof. Umdloti is a small resort town, with two commercial centres, a post office and several restaurants. Umdloti is famous for dolphins and whale watching. The area is occupied by a handful of residents and the balance are holiday homes. This neighbourhood offers a safe, secure lifestyle as people walk along the beach road to restaurants and back home at night. La Mercy boasts exclusive homes with an abundance of luxury, while Westbrook attracts the young and successful.
