New residential lifestyle estate is a first for Linksfield
The Neighbourhood is a new mixed-use development in the historic Linksfield suburb and is the only secure residential and lifestyle estate in the area. The development was purposefully planned and sensitively built around existing parklands and the area’s large, sapient trees – creating a serene, nature-filled environment on one hand and all the conveniences of a well-placed urban locale on the other. The Estate
The Estate is set within pristine parklands and offers stunning fairway views of the adjacent Huddle Park Golf Course. The Lofts

The Square

The Neighbourhood is urban in location but feels miles away from the city. It offers easy access to the Linksfield off-ramp and a 15-minute drive to OR Tambo International Airport. Many of Johannesburg’s top private schools are located in the area as are historic sporting grounds such as The Wanderers and Johannesburg Golf Club.
